The newly launched RCAP Ambassador Program will be a premier multifaceted talent development program that leverages RoboCup’s global network for leadership and talent development in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence & various other interdisciplinary fields.
The Program will consist of three progressable levels namely, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Completion of every level will result in an official recognition corresponding to each level from the RCAP Ambassador Program.
As a RCAP Ambassador you can look forward to a transformative experience that will allow you to expand your horizon as well as your network. Besides connecting with driven individuals globally, you can also look forward to opportunities where you can acquire important personal and professional skills as well as knowledge that will ensure your competitiveness in gaining admissions to or employment at well regarded institutions or organizations.
The RCAP Ambassador Program aims to nurture each and every ambassador into a compassionate, confident, knowledgeable, future-proofed, world-ready, and work-ready individual who is well prepared to contribute positively in their own unique ways to our rapidly evolving global society.
The RCAP Ambassador Program is open to all driven individuals between the ages of 14 and 26 regardless of ability, gender, background or location.
Ambassadors can look forward to various opportunities to help them develop in a well rounded manner through thoughtful hands-on experiences as well as activities that are fulfilling, purposeful and impactful.
Ambassadors should initially possess some and look forward to honing most of the following qualities during the duration of the RCAP Ambassador Program:
1. Display initiative
2. Show perseverance
3. Ability to handle solo and teamwork
4. Aptitude for resourcefulness
5. Enjoy problem solving
6. Capacity to make decisions under time or situational pressure
If you are not yet 14, you may be able to start your Bronze Level RCAP Ambassador Program with special permission from the RCAP Ambassador Program.
Likewise, if you are not yet 15, you may be able to start your Silver Level RCAP Ambassador Program with special permission from the RCAP Ambassador Program.
The RCAP Ambassador Program is strongly recommended for students in rigorous academic programs such as the International Baccalaureates (IB) Diploma Program. IB Students may find challenges and opportunities in the RCAP Ambassador Program highly applicable to the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) component of the IBDP Programme.
Applicants must have participated in at least one official RCAP certified competition.

RCAP Ambassadors will be exposed to a wide variety of opportunities such as RCAP e-Internships and RCAP Projects. e-Internships and projects will consist of two categories: self-initiated and Program lead.
Be it an e-internship or project, Ambassadors at all levels are required to keep detailed logs that addresses the following points:
1. Planning Process
2. Progress Review
3. Official Report
4. Reflections on personal learning as well as related outcomes

There are three levels of achievements to prove competency
BRONZE
Minimum Requirements:
1. Participate in at least ONE official RCAP competition as participant
2. Contribute minimum of 12 hours to related activities over a period of
at least ONE month
3. Participate in at least ONE RCAP event as RCAP Event Volunteer
4. Be at least 14 years of age
SILVER
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must possess BRONZE certification
2. Contribute minimum of 48 hours to related activities over a period of
at least SIX month
3. Participate in at least THREE RCAP events as RCAP Event Intern of which
at least ONE must be at International Level.
4. Admission to RCAP Leadership Development Program
5. Opportunity to serve on RCAP Event Sub-Committees
6. Be at least 15 years of age
GOLD
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must possess SILVER certification
2. Contribute minimum of 100 hours to related activities over a period of
at least TWELVE month
3. Participate in at least FIVE RCAP events as RCAP Event Intern of which
at least TWO must be at International Level.
4. Opportunity to serve on RCAP Event Organizing Committees
5. Invitation to RCAP Talent Development Program
6. Must complete at least ONE Self-Initiated Project
7. Be at least 16 years of age
